These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of royalonehoney.com and to all orders placed with Royal One, operated by TSG Brands LLC (“Royal One”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately, including ingredients, sachet sizes and pack contents. Packaging colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. If an item you receive does not match its description, you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price you see on the product page is the price you pay: no sales tax is added at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States is free. The total you pay, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden fees.

Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. Your order is accepted when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing support@royalonehoney.com.

Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your full card number. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping

Shipping times, carriers and delivery areas are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or to place fraudulent orders.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
