These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with Royal One, operated by TSG Brands LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
Products, pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We try to describe products and colors accurately, but screens vary and the color you see may differ slightly from the item.
Stock is limited and product availability can change. We may correct pricing or description errors, and we may cancel an order affected by such an error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, the billing details cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or resell products obtained through it without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The text, images and layout of this site belong to TSG Brands LLC or its suppliers and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date above shows when it last changed.
