Where we ship
Royal One ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship to other countries, to PO boxes outside the USPS network, or to freight forwarders.

Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1–2 business days from when the order is placed.
- Delivery: 5–7 business days after processing.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. These are estimates based on normal carrier performance, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather and high-volume periods can extend them.
Order tracking
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.
Incorrect addresses and undeliverable packages
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you at the email address on the order to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
